Are you experiencing anxiety returning to work, workplace bullying, dealing with loss (relationships, job, cognition) or a life transition that is causing you anxiety, stress, grief, fear, anger, increased substance use, avoidance, or other safety behaviours or questioning your existences, Together, we can explore the underlying causes of your difficulties and create effective strategies tailored for you.

As a holistic and trauma-informed therapist/counsellor, the center of my counselling practice is a dedication to empowering individuals through:
Discover their innate strengths and utilize tools to build a purposeful life while discovering pathways that improve and navigate life’s complexities, leading to personal growth.
My life experiences, including migration to Canada and working as a social worker, have provided valuable insights into how unresolved emotions and traumas can profoundly affect one’s life and mental well-being. I aim to support your journey, ensuring each step aligns with your current or rediscovered values. I draw from several therapeutic modalities to enhance healing, working collaboratively to find what works best for you, during which we explore the origin of the issue and reconnect with your body through emotional regulation.
When I’m not working, I am with my large family, dancing, cooking, exploring new hobbies, reading or volunteering with a non-profit, providing pro bono counselling to their clients.
Reaching out for support can be challenging, and you are taking a bold step toward wellness; I’m excited to be part of your journey. I am available for daytime, evening, and some weekend appointments. Feel free to reach out for a free consultation or to book a session!
Some of my specialty areas include supporting mothers in managing loneliness in motherhood, managing anxiety related to returning to work and assisting families in identifying the next level of care for their loved ones or aging parents. I have several years of experience supporting individuals or seniors with short/long-term disability who are looking to return to work.
