Hi there! I’m excited to share a bit about myself. My journey started in the world of engineering, where I learned to approach problems with a curious mind and a focus on solutions. Over time, I realized my true passion lies in helping people navigate their own challenges, which led me to counseling.
I believe in the power of unconditional positive regard, creating a warm and supportive environment where you can feel safe to express yourself. My approach is integrative, meaning I draw from various modalities to find what works best for you. Together, we’ll explore your unique experiences and work towards your goals in a way that feels right for you.
I firmly believe that access to mental health support is a human right. That’s why I’m proud to be part of an affordable counseling program aimed at helping low-income clients. It’s my mission to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to seek help and find healing, regardless of their financial situation.
I can’t wait to join you on this journey. Let’s work together to discover new insights and build a fulfilling life!

Transparency is essential in counseling, as I believe it’s important for you to understand the process and what to expect. The relationship between counselor and client is the foundation for successful outcomes, and I’m committed to fostering a connection that builds trust and security.
I have experience working with issues like depression and suicidal ideation, as well as with neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ communities. However, you are the expert on your own life. My role is to create a safe and comfortable space for you to share your feelings, challenges, and any aspects of your life you’d like to change. I’m here to help you make yourself a priority on your journey to well-being.
When I’m not working, I love to immerse myself in nature and adventure. Running keeps me energized, while backpacking into the wilderness for several days allows me to disconnect and recharge. I also enjoy curling up with a good book, finding solace in stories that transport me to different worlds. Cooking has become a creative outlet for me as I navigate multiple eating restrictions, and I take pride in experimenting with new recipes that fit my needs. Lastly, I have a special fondness for sending postcards, sharing little glimpses of my adventures with friends and family.
Taking the first step to seek help can be daunting, and I want to honor that courage. If you’re feeling ready to explore your journey and see how we can work together, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation. It’s a chance for us to connect, discuss your needs, and see if my approach feels right for you. Remember, you’re not alone, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
