Supervision Services

Clinical Supervision

We provide Supervision Services via Virtual Sessions Only.

Individual Supervision

Up to $160 per 50 min Reduced Rates for New Grads building a practice.

Dyadic Supervision

$85 per hour per person per 55 min.

2 Hour Group Supervision

$75-85, depending on how many group sessions are booked.

Frequently Asked Questions

We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. If you cancel within 24 hours or miss your appointment, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Finding the right therapist is essential to your progress. If you feel that your therapist isn’t the right match, we offer a free consultation to help you find a therapist who better suits your needs and comfort level.

Our virtual therapy sessions are conducted through a secure online platform. All you need is a stable internet connection, a private space, and a device to connect. We’ll guide you through the setup to ensure you feel comfortable.

We use a variety of evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy, all tailored to your unique needs.
The length of therapy varies depending on your individual needs and goals. Some clients benefit from short-term therapy, while others may require longer-term support. Your therapist will work with you to create a plan that fits your journey.
Yes, everything discussed in therapy is confidential. The only exceptions are situations involving safety concerns or legal obligations, which your therapist will explain at the beginning of your sessions.
