Online Training for Therapists
Group Supervision
Virtual Supervision Sessions in Canada
What is Group Supervision?
Group supervision offers therapists structured clinical support, shared learning, and reflective practice in a supportive group setting. Through case discussion and guided conversation, therapists build confidence in their clinical decisions, strengthen ethical practice, and feel less alone in their work.
Inside, you’ll deepen your understanding of the therapeutic process, expand your professional network, and stay connected to ongoing learning opportunities including early access to workshops and upcoming supervision cohorts.
Perfect for: Qualifying Psychotherapists, RP (Qualifying), student therapists, early-career clinicians, and experienced therapists seeking ongoing clinical support.
A Supportive Space to Think, Reflect, and Grow
- Talk through cases that feel stuck or unclear
- Ask questions without feeling judged
- Learn from how other therapists think and work
- Reflect on boundaries, ethics, and your role as a therapist
- Feel less alone in the challenges of practice
You don’t have to have everything figured out to join. You just need a willingness to show up and learn.
Supervision Services
Why Group Supervision Helps
Group supervision works because it’s not just about one case or one moment, it’s about learning over time, together.
In group supervision, you’ll benefit from:
- Regular support you can count on
- Meeting consistently helps you build confidence, notice patterns in your work, and feel more grounded in your decisions.
- Hearing different perspectives
- You’ll learn not only from your own questions, but from listening to others work through similar challenges.
- Time to reflect, not just react
- Group supervision creates space to think about how the work affects you—not just what to do next.
- A sense of community
- Being in a group reminds you that uncertainty, self-doubt, and tough moments are part of the work, not a sign you’re doing something wrong.
