The global pandemic played a role in driving many of us to re-evaluate our priorities. Anxiety, depression, or feelings of overwhelm may be at play and you may feel like you want a safe space to assess how you got to where you are today. At Insight-Online we can create a safe space for you to explore your emotions and lived experiences from the comfort of your home. We utilize emotional, relational, and insight-oriented brain-based therapies to support mind, body, and spirit as you journey through life transitions, grief, loss, anxiety, trauma (vicarious and moral injury), or depression. Cognitive, Solution-Focused, and Narrative modalities may also be helpful.
No matter the modality, we believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and creating a safe and confidential Online environment for you. Introspection, self-reflection, and the exploration of experiences and feelings are not easy, but you don't have to do it alone. In our work together we can explore the roots of your stress (including acculturation stress), burn-out, interpersonal struggles, anxiety, or feelings of inadequacy. We serve clients from diverse cultures, faiths, and identities. We work with adults for individual therapy and Kate also works with couples.
