Theresa Breen, MA, RP (Qualifying)
Associate Psychotherapist/Counsellor
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or anxious? Are you struggling with relationships, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or finding balance in life transitions? Do you incessantly worry or feel like you are not "good enough"? Are you ready to rediscover your best self?
Hi, I'm Theresa! I believe in the power of collaboration - working together to explore challenges, set goals, and pave the way towards a more fulfilling life. I'll empower you with valuable insights and practical tools, like mindfulness and self-compassion, and help you cultivate a healthier mindset. I provide therapeutic services to clients through individual sessions, utilizing various
therapeutic techniques. I have experience and training in Cognitive-Based (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT), Mindfulness-Based, Humanistic, and Person-Centered modalities, and emphasize self-compassion, nervous system regulation, psychoeducation, and practical skills development in my work with clients.
