About Kate
Hi! I’m Kate, a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) and Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCPA) specializing in contemporary relational psychoanalysis, psychodynamic psychotherapy, and neuropsychotherapy.
After years of supporting professionals, therapists, caregivers, and front-line workers through deep emotional challenges, my focus now includes helping clinicians develop their own reflective capacity, emotional resilience, and therapeutic identity.
I bring a holistic, brain-based approach to supervision, blending psychodynamic theory, trauma-informed practice, and neuropsychotherapy to help therapists understand both their clients and themselves more deeply.
My work centres around exploring patterns, relationships, and the internal experiences shaping the therapeutic process.
I’ve supervised hundreds of therapists, supported RP(Q)s as they move toward registration, and taught clinicians seeking to grow with long-term, meaningful practice.
My priority is creating a space where you feel grounded, supported, and inspired to evolve.
Empower Your Mind,
Embrace Growth and Support Your Clients More Deeply.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be a Qualifying RP to join supervision?
What’s the difference between individual, dyadic, and group supervision?
Individual offers one-on-one depth, dyadic provides shared learning between two clinicians, and group offers diverse perspectives and collaborative case exploration.
How do I know which supervision format is right for me?
Book a free consultation with Kate. She’ll help assess your goals, needs, and registration requirements to determine the best fit.
Do courses count toward supervision hours?
No. Courses do not replace required supervision hours. However, they do count toward the 40 hours of professional development required every two years by the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and are designed to complement supervision by strengthening theory and applied clinical skill.
What is the Circle community, and is it free?
Yes, joining the Circle community is free. It’s a private space for therapists to access resources, connect with peers, and stay updated on new offerings.
Do you still offer therapy for individuals and couples?
Absolutely. Insight-Online continues to provide therapy services through our clinical team, including individual, couples, and affordable therapy options.
