Thank you for being so interested in Insight-Online. Psychotherapy Sessions are only available right now to current clients. Please complete the contact form at the bottom of this page to be added to the waitlist.
Session Fees
We provide Virtual Therapy and Teletherapy Sessions Only.
Individual sessions are $155.00 per session (+HST) and are pro-rated according to duration. Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes in length.
Couples - The initial session is typically 1.5 hours (75 minutes thereafter)
$185.00 (+HST).
Clinical Supervision is up to $150.00 per hour (+HST) - Click here for more information on group and dyadic supervision.

Payment
Payments are due at the time of the session and can be paid by e-transfer or major credit card. A receipt will be provided at the time of payment for you to submit to your insurance company.
Insurance
OHIP does not cover services by a Registered Psychotherapist. If you have extended insurance, please check with your insurance company to see if the services of a Registered Psychotherapist or Psychotherapy Services are covered. Psychotherapy services are tax deductible if you have no private or work insurance.
Cancellation Policy
24-hour notice is required to cancel all sessions. The full session rate will be charged if a session is missed.
